What this page is
We are testing interest in a product that is not yet on sale. No payment is taken and nothing is shipped. If you press "Add to basket" we tell you that, and offer to let you know when we launch.
What we collect and why
Email and "What made you click?". Both fields are optional. If you fill them in, we store your answers with the date, which ad you came from and which product you looked at. We use your email only to tell you when we launch, and your answer to understand what interests people. Our legal basis is your consent. We do not sell your data.
Visit and click counts. We use Umami Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and does not store your IP address. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit.
Cookies and the Meta pixel. We set no cookies and do not load the Meta pixel. Meta, which shows our ads, may record that you clicked an ad on its own platform; see Meta's privacy policy.
Who handles your data
Form entries go to our form provider, Formspree (USA), which acts as our processor. Analytics run on Umami Cloud, which also acts as our processor. Because BlueLoop Protein ApS is in Denmark, your data is processed in the EU and the USA, using the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We delete form entries 12 months after you submit them, or earlier if you ask. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by email to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
